At this point in the cleanse we are all probably eating the same thing for breakfast and starting to repeat what we are eating for lunch and dinner. Many of you may be getting bored with the same foods and are thinking, "a week is long enough, why am I still doing this?"
This is a good time to switch it up. Instead of juicing for breakfast everyday, start making eggs or oatmeal with fruit and coconut flakes. Start drinking juice for lunch or dinner instead. If you are finding it hard to come up with something new and interesting to cook for lunch or dinner - look to the whole living action plan for recipes. I've used many of them, and all of them have turned out amazing. They are very simple and very delicious.
Call each other for ideas and support. There is nothing better then talking to someone who is going through the same thing as you for a little sympathy and support.
You are all making great progress and should be very proud!
