Congratulation - you have one week under your belt and only two weeks to go! A friend of mine just started a blog yesterday and I wanted to share it with you - especially you coffee drinkers. It is a challenge for you to quit your coffee drinking this week - cut it out completely! Is this scary for you? Possibly, and if it is - well coffee is a crutch for you and I would like you to take a good look and ask yourself why you choose coffee as your way to have more energy. Something that has no vitamins, no nutritional value and you need dairy and sugar to make it taste remotely good. Instead you could be replacing your coffee with juice every morning and not only get the energy you need, but filling your body with vitamins, fiber and a whole lot of love.

I am down to half a cup and sometimes I dump most of that out! Tomorrow will be the day I cut it out completely! I thought I needed it, but I don't and it feels good! It had just become a part of my morning routine, but now I have my juicing!
